We have prepared short instructions on how to return the product. You have 14 days from the day of collection to return products purchased from the online shop. 

How to return the goods?

1) To return the goods, you need to print out and complete the „Return Form“ and put it in the parcel with the returned products.
2) You can only return products if they are packed in their original packaging and must not bear any signs of use. 
3) Pack the parcel well to avoid damage during transport.
4) Send the package to the address given in the form

We are unable to accept parcels sent COD, therefore such parcels will be returned to the sender.

5) The money will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods with all necessary documents.

Did you pay cash on delivery? Be sure to provide us with your account number in IBAN format!

How to make a complaint?

1) If you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased in the webshop, please send a complaint form by e-mail to shop@ewafarna.com, please write the word “Complaint” in the subject of the message.
2) Put the complaint form in the parcel together with the damaged product. 
3) Pack the parcel well to avoid damage during transport.
4) Send the parcel as standard or registered mail to the address below. We are unable to accept parcels sent COD, therefore such parcels will be sent back to the sender.

5) The complaint will be considered within 30 days of receipt. You will be informed of the decision and next steps by e-mail.
